- 1 tsp lemon juice

- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp powder coffee
- 2 1/2 tablespoons maida
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 cups Milk
Steps to make to make Cake
- Firstly grease the cake tin with oil, then in a bowl add milk, lemon juice, sugar, coffee powder and whisk until the sugar dissolves.
- Now, preheat the steamer by placing a stand and perforated plate by adding water for five minutes.
- Then add maida, baking soda and mix it thoroughly with the whisker without any lumps in it. Transfer it into the greased tin and tap it for the removal of air bubbles.
- Keep it in steamer and bake it for thirty minutes on a low flame.
- Now, in a pan add milk, maida, sugar, turmeric and keep stirring until the mixture thicken and your cream is ready. If you have vanilla essence you can add it to this mixture.
- Then once the cake cools down cut it on the equal half, just apply sugar syrup by just poking the cake here and there, this gives more taste and softness to the cake, then and apply the cream on the cut portion. Then place the other half and apply sugar syrup on this portion too again and spread the cream with a spoon or flat knife,and also spread it on the sides of the cake.
- Then add Hershey's chocolate syrup on the top and garnish it with shredded dairy milk chocolates and place a cherry.(I have used chocolates, flavouring agent, on top,and five-star pieces for garnishing,and a black grape as)
- Now the cake is ready to serve.
