- 2 tbsp custard powder (vanilla flavour)

- 100 ml fresh cream (Amul)

- Mix little milk with custard powder and make a thin paste.
- Take a thick bottom pan add milk, sugar, fresh cream, coffee and custard paste and bring this to boil while stirring it continuously.
Once u get a thick custard bring it off the heat and add chopped chocolate and stir it. Chocolate will melt immediately in hot custard. - Strain it to remove any lumps and get silky smooth pudding.
Pour in individual bowls and cover with a lid or cling wrap so they don’t form a skin. - Chill in refrigerator over night or min of 5-6 hr.
Serve chilled as it is or topped with fresh fruits, more grated chocolate or whipped cream.
